Many of my clients come to me from a place of giving too much to others and neglecting their own needs. Maybe they were over-responsible in their childhoods, had caregivers that weren’t able to provide the safety and reassurance that they needed. My clients are usually tired of the constant stress and anxiety of maintaining a calm and collected facade.

Do you know it’s time to move forward but you find yourself avoiding difficult conversations, worry that expressing yourself will cause others to feel upset, or isolate because it feels easier than being with people? Maybe you feel alone, even in your closest relationships.

Individual therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on helping you feel safer with your emotions and more confident in your relationships.

In our sessions we will have space to slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and make sense of long-standing patterns with compassion rather than judgment. We’ll work on building emotional awareness, practicing clearer communication and boundaries, and developing self-trust — so you can have more honest conversations, feel more present, and relate to others from a more grounded place. My clients leave me with greater self confidence and ease in communicating.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and cost $165

Clients can pay by cash, card, or HSA. I am happy to provide a superbill so that you can get our sessions reimbursed by your insurance company.
